Water District Customers – Your September water bill will include an insert about the district’s application to the Public Utility Commission for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity, (CCN). A CCN grants the holder the exclusive right to provide water and sewer services within a defined geographical area as shown on the maps enclosed. CCNs help prevent service area overlap and ensure that service areas are clearly defined. For more information about CCNs, click here. If you have any questions, send email to gm@gcwcid1tx.gov.
