You may also come into the office at 2750 FM 517 Rd East, Dickinson, Texas 77539 during regular business hours, Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM and Friday: 8 AM – 12 PM.
If the service location has been vacant for more than one year, you must call Customer Service at 281-337-1576, option 1, or come into the office to start service.
Setting Up New Service for Residential Water, Sewer and Garbage

Completion of an application, accompanied by receipt of deposit, will ensure NEXT BUSINESS DAY turn-on services of water UNLESS the following day falls on a district cut-off day. In this situation, water service will be turned on the following business day.
To make a change to your existing account (cancel bank draft, change mailing address, etc.), call Customer Service at 281-337-1576, option 1, or you can print and complete this form, attach required documentation and email to customerservice@gcwcid1tx.gov.
