Dickinson’s Water District has switched to a new and improved customer billing system named WaterSmart.
Instructions to create an account to the WaterSmart portal, where you can view your bill, pay your bill, track water usage and set leak alerts online, can be found here.
- MORE PAYMENT OPTIONS: Customers now have additional payment options such as PayPal, including Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through their mobile devices. We continue to accept payments by check, credit card or debit card by mail or by check or cash in person at the Customer Service office.
- AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS: Customers who want to enjoy the convenience of automatic payments can sign up through the WaterSmart portal. Customers previously enrolled in Autopay must re-enroll through the WaterSmart portal.
- NO PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE: For security reasons, the water district no longer accepts credit or debit card payments over the phone.
